Assalaam Alaikum Wa Rahmatullah Wa Barakatuh,
We have been receiving an extraordinary amount of communications from eager brothers and sisters regarding the registrations for the 2012 Seekers Retreat.
As part of our preparations for the registrations, we had opened an Eventbrite ‘test’ site to ensure that all payments and communication will work as intended. Unfortunately, this ‘test environment’ was not closed off and resulted in a few people registering in advance.
In order to be fair to everyone who has been patiently waiting for the registrations to officially open, we will be refunding those people who have prematurely registered. We ask that you please keep an eye out for further communication on this site and our Facebook page for information on when registrations will officially open.
We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience that this may have caused you. We are working hard to ensure that you receive a pleasant experience from registration to attending the Retreat, and we will announce days in advance when registrations will open.
May Allah Ta’ala reward you all for your sincere intentions.
Was Salaam
