The SeekersRetreat 2012 will be held in Taupo, in the central North Island. This is a unique and remarkable place of geothermal activity, snow-capped mountain ranges and lakes. If you have a few days to spare, you should definitely spend some time in this area, and also explore our wonderful cities of Auckland or Wellington (the coolest little capital in the world). If you like the outdoors, New Zealand is the country for you. We have one of the world’s best one-day walks – The Tongariro Crossing – and many other shorter or longer treks. New Zealand also boasts a wide range of extreme sports activities.
